Prior to Blake's 7, Ward was an assistant floor manager on Teleford's Change. She has since become a producer for film and television including Priest, EastEnders, Grange Hill, Millie Inbetween. Josephine has been Executive Producer on The Story of Tracy Beaker, Half Moon Investigations, Young Dracula, Tracy Beaker Returns
