Orbiter was a space station belonging to Belkov, that was located in section 9, near Mecron 2. It supposedly contained Belkov's non-existent store of feldon crystals which also powered the stastion.
Gambit identified intruders Gerren and two colleagues but Belkov not worries due too the the defence. These were in the guise of deadly games. The first game was a computer shoot-out in which the computer generated aan image of the shooter. Geen's first colleague was shot instantly, the second killed on second attempt. When Gerren began to flee, his image moved position, injuring him.
When Soolin took part "finally a came worth playing" She outshot the computer and finally succeeded by drawing with the computer.
The next stage was a flight simulator, which Tarrant took; a finger print lock which Vila was able to crack.
The final stage was a guidance system with a coded sequence to lock onto a star. They were forced to leave when completing the final game sequence locked the feldon panels onto the black hole of Cygnus XL. (TV: Games)
