The only buildings on the entire world were industrial with one of the buildings entered still containing furniture.
Coser surmised that previous settlement had finished when raw materials ran out. Coser said that the planet was not a Federation colony.
Only other life were rats and a creature, ultimately killed by Coser, that lurked through the buildings.
